Return & Exchange Policy
guarantees refund or exchange up to 30 days from delivery received date. Days of return may vary depending on the type of product.
*Aside from the coverage of the return & exchange policy, you must consider the reason you are returning the item.
The following are the valid return reasons for returning an item:
The item (e.g. electronic items) you received is not working properly.
The item you received is an incorrect product or it is not what you ordered.
The order you received has missing part/s or accessories.
Size of the item received is different from the size of the ordered item.
Received items were visibly damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging, etc.
Send us an email at support@(store).com with the following:
1. Order Number
2. Complete Name used upon purchase
3. Email Address used upon purchase
4. Reason for returning the product/s
5. Pictures/Video of the product/s (this will be the basis of the store’s decision)
We will email the customer with our decision within the next 48 hrs.
To return your product, you should mail your product directly to us. Shipping address will be provided through email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Not all items are needed to be returned. It will depend on the situation of the product.
Customers are given various options depending on the condition of the product. Some of them are:
Items that are considered for reshipment are free of charge meaning the customers will not pay anything.
Example of these are: Defective item, Wrong item, Missing accessories, Wrong size, Damaged
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
